Thank you for stopping by! Photography has always played a role in my life. Growing up we had countless photo albums, cabinets full of them. I am so grateful my family valued photography.  I loved looking through all the old photo albums when I was little.  The photos told a story, my family's story. My Grandpa was a shutterbug as well, in fact that's his Nikon in my self-portrait below.

I was able to keep most of these albums and photos over the years. I still love pulling them out and flipping through them, they are all I have left of my family now. In fact these photo albums are the only way in which my daughter will ever know these family members. This is one of the main reasons I am focused on print based photography.  I don't want this generation to get lost in hard-drives and the cloud.  As parents it is our responsibility to create tangible keepsakes that we can pass down. I am here to help you start telling your family's story and preserve it in a way that can be cherished for decades to come.

I began my career in photography in 2005, exploring various genres before ultimately deciding to specialize in pet photography. This choice came naturally to me, as I spent 25 years working in the veterinary field. (while pets were my specialty, I still photographed people!)

Now that I am a mom (to a human), I feel that a whole new world has opened up for me. There is just something about kids and pets, they are so genuine, honest and full of joy.  I could spend hours photographing them, which reassures me I have found my ideal niche!
